Role & Responsibilities
- Design, update, and oversee preschool curriculum to align with educational standards and best practices.
- Lead and coordinate teaching staff, ensuring effective delivery of educational programs and maintaining high staff morale.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Conduct staff training sessions to enhance teaching methodologies and classroom management skills.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards applicable to preschool education.
- Engage with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address concerns effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience in preschool or early childhood education management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment methods
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
- Preferred
- Experience working in similar educational institutions
- Certification in early childhood education or related fields
