Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Manager, based in Pune City. The Academic Manager will oversee educational programs, manage academic operations of franchise centers and implement curriculum development strategies. Responsibilities include supervising center academic staff, maintaining quality standards, ensuring adherence to educational policies, and offering expert support to faculty and students. The role also involves collaboration with industry professionals to continuously improve the course offerings and provide placement support. Responsible for skill mapping of trainers and plan periodical Train The Trainer programs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Educational Management and experience in overseeing academic operations
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development to align with industry requirements
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with faculty, students, and industry professionals
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve academic programs
- A background in Education, preferably with a certification related to Animation, Visual Effects, or related fields
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive learning environment
- Familiarity with industry trends in Animation and Visual Effects is an added advantage
