Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Academic Manager role located in Vadodara. The Academic Manager will supervise and guide teaching staff, ensuring effective implementation of the Seven Petal curriculum. Day-to-day responsibilities include curriculum planning, teacher training, monitoring teaching quality, and fostering an engaging learning environment. The role also involves collaborating with staff to develop innovative teaching methods and maintain academic excellence, while addressing and resolving any academic-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in curriculum implementation, teacher training, and education program development
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with play-based, collaborative, and multi-sensory learning methodologies
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to holistic child development
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (a Master's degree is an advantage)
- Experience in preschool education or as an academic coordinator is preferred
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
