Role Description
The Academic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India. The role involves overseeing academic operations, designing course curricula, managing faculty, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and maintaining high-quality training delivery. The Academic Manager will also be responsible for monitoring learning outcomes, resolving student or faculty concerns, and supporting the continual enhancement of academic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and support faculty and staff effectively
- Expertise in curriculum planning, instructional design, and education technology
- Keen attention to detail and ability to monitor and evaluate learning outcomes
- Proven ability in developing strategies to ensure compliance with educational standards and achieving organizational goals
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with the regional education system and local employment trends is a plus
- Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
