📢 We’re Hiring: Principal Advisor – MDN Edify Education
(CBSE | International Curriculum)
MDN Edify Education is looking for a highly experienced and visionary Principal Advisor to provide strategic academic and leadership guidance across our CBSE, ICSE, and International curriculum schools. This role is ideal for a senior education leader who has successfully led schools and now wishes to mentor, guide, and elevate institutional excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic academic and operational guidance aligned with CBSE and International curriculum frameworks
Mentor Principals, Vice Principals, and senior academic leaders
Advise on curriculum design, implementation, and assessment best practices
Support school improvement planning, accreditation readiness, and quality assurance
Guide effective teaching–learning practices, pedagogy, and classroom innovation
Lead teacher development, leadership training, and academic audits
Ensure compliance with board regulations, academic standards, and global best practices
Promote holistic education, student well-being, and future-ready learning
Represent and strengthen the Edify School academic vision and culture
🔹 Desired Profile:
Minimum 10 years of experience as a School Principal (CBSE / ICSE / International Schools preferred)
Strong understanding of Indian and International education frameworks
Proven expertise in school leadership, academic planning, and team mentoring
Experience in curriculum integration, teacher capacity building, and student outcomes
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and learner-centered education
