Job Summary
The Academic Head is responsible for ensuring high-quality curriculum delivery, teacher effectiveness, child development, safety compliance, and smooth academic operations, while delivering a consistent and positive parent experience.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate + ECCED / Montessori (Mandatory)
- B.Ed. (Preferred)
- 5–8 years preschool experience
- 5-6 years in academic leadership
