ACADEMIC FACULTY :
Position: Academic Faculty (English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, General
Knowledge)
Location: Sector 17, Faridabad, Haryana 121002
Salary: ₹4–6 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time, Work from Office/ Hybrid – 6 days a week
Role Description :
We are seeking passionate and versatile Academic Faculty Members who can teach one or
more subjects including English (Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension), Quantitative
Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and General Knowledge. This is a full-time on-site opportunity for
educators committed to shaping the academic journeys of students preparing for competitive
exams such as CLAT, CAT, IPMAT and other related entrance tests.
Key Responsibilities :
• Deliver engaging and effective classroom sessions across assigned subjects.
• Design and update curriculum, lesson plans, and practice materials aligned with exam
patterns.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, mock tests, and performance reviews to track student
progress.
• Provide personalized mentoring and guidance to students for exam strategies and preparation.
• Collaborate with other faculty and academic teams to ensure holistic student development.
• Stay updated with latest exam trends, question types, and syllabus changes.
• Contribute to academic content creation (study sheets, quizzes, online modules).
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic and career goals.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Mathematics, Logic, General Studies, or related fields.
• Prior teaching or training experience in competitive exam preparation is highly preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools, online platforms, and interactive pedagogy.
• Ability to engage students with innovative methods (mnemonics, examples, humor, etc.).
• Passion for education and mentoring young aspirants.
