Sagehill International School is inviting applications for the position of Academic Facilitator to lead the academic programme under the Cambridge curriculum.
We are looking for an experienced academic leader who is passionate about improving classroom practices, mentoring teachers, and creating meaningful learning experiences for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of the Cambridge curriculum
- Guide and mentor teachers to deliver engaging, inquiry-based learning
- Review lesson plans and ensure effective curriculum delivery
- Conduct classroom observations and provide academic support to teachers
- Monitor student progress and implement academic interventions
- Oversee assessments, report cards, and academic documentation
- Plan and coordinate academic events, exhibitions, and parent engagement programmes
- Work closely with the Head of School to maintain high academic standards across the school
Eligibility:
- Master's Degree with B.Ed.
- 5–8 years of teaching experience
- Minimum 3 years in an academic leadership role
- Experience in Cambridge or other international curricula is preferred
- Strong leadership, planning, mentoring, and communication skills
