Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Andhra Pradesh for an Academic Excellence Manager. The individual will be responsible for overseeing educational programs, developing and refining academic curricula, conducting performance analysis, and providing academic support to students and educators. Tasks will include strategic planning for improved learning outcomes, fostering stakeholder communication, coordinating with faculty, and ensuring the alignment of curriculum with the latest educational standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Management and the ability to lead academic programs effectively
- Experience in Curriculum Development and aligning programs with educational standards
- Strong Communication skills to engage with students, educators, and stakeholders
- Analytical Skills to evaluate performance data and derive actionable insights
- Expertise and background in Education, with a focus on teaching methodologies and learning outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment and drive operational excellence
- Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, or a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in AI/ML-enabled learning environments is a plus
