Job Description – Academic ERP Manager
Strategic leader responsible for driving ERP-enabled academic operations, institutional process architecture, and digital transformation across higher education environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Academic Workflow Strategy: Direct curriculum lifecycle operations, govern academic process architecture, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance institutional efficiency.
· Data Governance & ERP Integrity: Establish academic data governance policies, oversee ERP module performance, and enforce quality control for seamless school operations.
· Compliance & Governance: Ensure full alignment with accreditation standards, institutional policies, and risk management frameworks.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Bridge academic, business, and technical teams; resolve systemic dependencies; and lead ERP training and onboarding programs.
· Institutional Strategy & Events: Provide executive direction for academic initiatives, faculty engagements, and institutional symposia.
· Operational Analytics: Develop dashboards, synthesize student lifecycle analytics, and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.
· Digital Transformation: Lead ERP product operations, UAT cycles, and modernization of legacy workflows through scalable SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
Core Competencies:
· Enterprise ERP expertise in student lifecycle, enrollment, and examination ecosystems.
· Strong leadership in product operations, requirement validation, UAT, and SaaS/LMS implementations.
· Advanced problem-solving, system troubleshooting, and process re-engineering.
· High-impact communication across faculty, developers, QA engineers, and executive vendors.
· Executive ownership with proven ability to manage complex institutional responsibilities.
