Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counselor – MBBS & PG Admissions based in Saket, Delhi.
The counselor will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the complete admission process for MBBS, PG medical courses, and other healthcare-related programs in India and abroad.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert counseling on MBBS, MD/MS, and allied medical courses
- Assisting students in selecting the right universities based on their academic profile and career goals
- Explaining admission criteria, eligibility, entrance exams, and documentation requirements
- Managing end-to-end admission support including application, follow-ups, and onboarding
- Conducting personalized counseling sessions to understand student aspirations
- Staying updated with medical admission processes across countries
- Building trust with students and parents through transparent and ethical guidance
Qualifications- Strong experience in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling, preferably in medical admissions
- In-depth knowledge of MBBS, PG (MD/MS), and healthcare education pathways (India & Abroad)
- Excellent Communication and Counseling skills with the ability to guide and influence decisions
- Understanding of career opportunities in the medical and healthcare domain
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle multiple student cases efficiently
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience:
- Prior experience in MBBS/Medical admission counseling is highly preferred
