Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Director, based in Hyderabad. The Academic Director will oversee the development and implementation of academic programs, ensure adherence to educational standards, and collaborate with principals, teachers and staff to enhance teaching methodologies. Key responsibilities include curriculum design, monitoring teaching outcomes, providing professional training, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education. The Academic Director will also undertake research to integrate innovative trends and best practices in education into the school’s framework.
Qualifications
- Experience in Curriculum Development and a strong command of Education practices
- Proficiency in conducting Research to identify and introduce innovative educational trends
- Demonstrated skills in Teaching and the ability to mentor and guide educators
- Competence in Training and professional development for faculty members
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
- Prior leadership experience in an academic institution is highly desirable
