Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Dean based in Punjab, India. The Academic Dean will oversee curriculum development, manage academic administration, and ensure the highest quality of education delivery. Responsibilities include leading faculty teams, implementing educational programs, supervising program development, promoting educational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation in teaching and learning.
Qualifications
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Program Development
- Proficiency in Academic Administration and Educational Leadership
- Extensive experience in Education and instructional methodologies
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and stakeholders
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Education or a related field is required
- Experience in school or institutional management in an academic environment is highly preferred
