Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Academic Counselors specializing in the hospitality and aviation industries. Based in Mumbai, the Academic Counselors will provide personalized guidance to students, offering career counseling and academic advice to help them achieve their career goals. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective students, understanding their aspirations, providing detailed information about educational programs, and guiding them in making informed decisions to build successful careers in the hospitality or aviation sectors.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively
- Proficiency in Communication and Academic Advising to ensure clear and supportive guidance
- Knowledge of the hospitality and aviation industries, and the ability to align education with career goals
- Background in Education or a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree being an added advantage
- Ability to build rapport with students, demonstrating empathy and active listening
- Prior experience in academic counseling or a student-facing role is a plus
