Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Academic Counselor at YES Germany. The Academic Counselor will assist students in selecting suitable courses and universities, guide them through the application process, and provide personalized academic and career counseling. Responsibilities include helping students navigate visa procedures, conducting education and career development sessions, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the admission process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively guide students in making informed academic and career choices.
- Strong Communication and Academic Advising skills to provide clear and personalized guidance to students.
- Familiarity with the Education sector, particularly in international education and study abroad opportunities.
- Ability to build trust and nurture relationships with students and parents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in German language or familiarity with studying abroad in Germany is an advantage.
