Role Overview
Opportunity for a motivated Academic Counselor to engage with prospective parents and guide them in selecting suitable learning programs for children aged 6–16 years.
The role focuses on interacting with leads, explaining program benefits, and converting inquiries into enrollments in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and SMS
• Clearly explain course offerings, curriculum, and program benefits to parents
• Conduct video counseling sessions with parents to guide them through program options
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
• Work closely with internal teams to support growth strategies
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets in a performance-driven environment
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
