About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide academic counseling and guidance to students to help them select appropriate courses and career paths.
- Assist students in understanding admission procedures, scholarship opportunities, and academic requirements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with students to monitor their progress and address any academic concerns.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to support student success initiatives.
- Organize informational sessions and workshops to inform students about academic opportunities and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counseling sessions for reporting and follow-up.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of academic programs and admission processes in India
- Ability to assess student needs and provide appropriate guidance
- Proficient in MS Office and counseling software
- Previous experience in academic counseling or student support roles
- Preferred
- Knowledge of online counseling tools and platforms
- Experience working in higher education institutions
