Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Academic Counselor will provide guidance and support to students, helping them navigate academic decisions and career planning. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one student counseling sessions, offering career-related advice, and addressing individual academic needs. The role also involves effective communication with students to support their educational journey and long-term goals.

**MUST HAVE OWN LAPTOP
**IMMEDIATE JOINERS
**LOCATION - CHANDITALA, SODEPUR, KOLKATA
**EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM 1 TO 2 YEARS IN ANY SERVICE SECTOR ESPECIALLY EDUCATION SECTOR.
**SALARY - upto 3lpa
**MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE FLUENTLY IN LOCAL LANGUAGE BENGALI
- Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively
- Strong Communication skills to establish trust and clarity with students and parents
- Experience in Academic Advising and understanding of educational pathways
- Knowledge or experience in the Education sector
- Ability to build rapport with students and encourage academic growth
- Prior experience in academic or career counseling roles is a bonus
