Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills, with a proven ability to convert inquiries into admissions while providing exceptional guidance to prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on course offerings, admission procedures, and industry trends.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Academic Counselor in the EdTech industry (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Experience using CRM or lead management software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
