Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Academic Counselor for our Gurugram location. This is a full-time, on-site role where the counselor will interact with students to guide them on educational and career opportunities abroad, particularly in Germany. Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling, providing academic and career advice, assisting with admissions and visa processes, and maintaining regular communication with students to ensure a smooth transition to their overseas education journey.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
- Strong skills in Career Counseling and Education Planning
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and support students in achieving their academic goals
- Prior experience in the education or overseas counseling field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platform experience is an advantage
