📢 WE ARE HIRING | FIELD ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR
We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-oriented Field Academic Counsellor to join our team.
📍 Job Type: Full-time | Field Work
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
🎯 Incentive: 10% on every course enrolled/sold
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective students/customers through field activities.
- Understand students' educational requirements and career goals.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course structure, benefits, learning outcomes, and admission process.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective students.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve assigned course-sales/admission targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to complete the admission process.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
👤 What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good counselling and customer-handling abilities.
- Confident and comfortable with field work.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in academic counselling, education sales, field sales, or course sales will be preferred.
