Umruz Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for one of the leading EdTech companies. We are looking for motivated Academic Counsellors who are passionate about helping students choose the right career path.
📍 Location:
Sector 125, Noida/Bangalore/Pune/Delhi/Mumbai (On-site)
🕘 Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
6 Days Working (Sunday Off)
💼 Job Type:
Full-time | On-site
🔍 Job Role:
As an Academic Counsellor, you will guide students about courses and career options, conduct counseling sessions, and support them throughout their learning journey.
🧠 Responsibilities:
Counsel students through calls and meetings
Understand students’ academic and career goals
Guide them in choosing suitable courses
Communicate with students and parents
Follow up with interested candidates
Maintain student relationships
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales (mandatory)
Experience in Education / Counseling is a plus
Good English communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Student-friendly and patient attitude
