Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in counseling prospective students regarding courses, career options, and program details
- Handle initial inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Maintain and update student databases and follow-up records
- Support senior counselors in guiding students through the admission process
- Conduct follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and career opportunities
- Help organize seminars, demo sessions, and promotional activities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Address basic queries and escalate complex concerns to senior team members
- Assist in achieving weekly and monthly admission targets
