Job Details:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Academic Counselor Interns who are passionate about guiding students and building a career in the EdTech industry. This internship offers hands-on experience in student counseling, communication, and admissions support with a strong opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Connect with students and understand their academic requirements
• Guide students regarding courses, universities, and admission processes
• Handle student queries through calls and follow-ups
• Maintain proper records of leads and conversations
• Build strong relationships with prospective students
• Work closely with the admissions and sales team to achieve targets
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and persuasive personality
• Freshers and graduates can apply
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
