Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor - Hospitality based in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will guide students in selecting educational paths and career options, provide career counseling sessions tailored to student needs, and support them with academic advising. Additional responsibilities include effective communication with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of academic and career goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students towards suitable academic and career decisions
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in Academic Advising and Education, with a focus on motivating and supporting students
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
- Prior experience in the hospitality or education sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
