Role Description
We are seeking an Academic Counselor for a full-time, on-site role at our Gurugram location. The Academic Counselor will support students through personalized counseling, guiding their academic and career decisions. Responsibilities include conducting student assessments, collaborating with parents and educators, and providing tailored academic and career advice. The role also involves effective communication to understand and address the educational needs of students, ensuring their overall development and progress.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
- Proficient in Career Counseling and guidance for diverse academic pathways
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and educators
- Background or experience in Education and curriculum development
- Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in the ed-tech industry or academic support is a plus
