Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students regarding educational programs, career opportunities, and enrollment processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills with the ability to build strong student relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities
Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and direct interactions
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
Maintain student databases and follow-up records
Support students throughout the enrollment process
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Counselling and convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Days & Timing:
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
