Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Student Support: Offer academic guidance to students, assisting them in navigating course options, career trajectories, and available learning resources
- Program Guidance: Help students choose suitable courses aligned with their academic ambitions and interests
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing insights and suggestions for enhancement
- Engagement Strategies: Design and execute initiatives aimed at improving student engagement and retention
- Workshops and Seminars: Plan and lead workshops, webinars, and informational events centered on strategies for academic success
- Collaboration: Collaborate with faculty and various departments to ensure students have access to comprehensive support
- Feedback Mechanism: Collect and assess student feedback to improve the academic experience and refine program offerings
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred)
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in academic counseling or student support, ideally within the EdTech industry
- Knowledge: Robust understanding of e-learning platforms, educational technologies, and contemporary teaching practices
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM systems and other educational management instruments
