Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in Delhi, India. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for advising students on academic pathways, providing career and education counseling, and supporting students in achieving their goals. The role includes helping students understand program offerings, monitoring their progress, and guiding them through the application and preparation processes. Effective communication and personalized support will be central to this position.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to guide learners in their educational journey.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and address their needs.
- Experience in Career Counseling or Education-related roles is highly desirable.
- Understanding of academic programs, competitive exams, and research processes is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is required (Master’s degree preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment and provide tailored guidance to diverse students.
