Role Description
As an Academic Counselor at Vedantu, you will be responsible for advising and guiding students on their educational journey to help them achieve their academic goals. You will interact with prospective students and their parents, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored information about Vedantu’s courses and offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, requiring strong persuasion and interpersonal skills to assist students in selecting the most appropriate learning programs.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand students’ needs and provide tailored academic guidance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students and parents
- Sales and negotiation skills to drive course enrollments
- Proficient in handling CRM systems and maintaining accurate records of interactions
- Fluency in English and regional languages is highly desirable
- Prior experience in counseling or sales roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required
- Proven ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment
