Responsibilities
● Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents.
● Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for JEE/NEET programs.
● Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and academic offerings.
● Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to sales conversion.
● Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
● Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
● Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader.
● Follow up with prospective leads to maximize admissions.
● Assist students in making informed academic and career decisions.
