Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Academic Counselor position located in Faridabad. The Academic Counselor will work closely with students to provide guidance on career choices, assist in academic planning, and offer counseling for entrance exam preparation. Responsibilities include conducting individual counseling sessions, facilitating group discussions, engaging with students during seminars, and collaborating with alumni networks. The role also involves maintaining student records and creating tailored academic plans to help students achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively guide students through their academic and career paths
- Strong Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in Academic Advising and Education to create customized study plans and academic strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, empathize with students, and provide motivational support
- Experience working with competitive exam preparation is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Familiarity with entrance exam patterns, eligibility criteria, and preparation techniques
