Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor, based in Noida, India. The Academic Counselor will guide students in their educational and career journey through personalized academic counseling and career advice. Daily responsibilities include assessing students' goals, recommending suitable courses, managing and supporting them throughout the admission process, and ensuring effective communication to address their queries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
- Experience in Career Counseling with an aptitude for assisting students in achieving their goals
- Exceptional Communication abilities to interact effectively with students and colleagues
- Knowledge of education systems and processes to guide students on distance and regular education opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with young professionals and students
- Previous experience in educational consultancy or academic counseling is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
