• Connect with parents and students through calls and follow-ups
• Understand learning needs and recommend the right programs
• Convert inquiries into enrollments
• Handle objections with confidence and clarity
• Maintain lead records and track progress
• Work closely with the academic team for smooth onboarding

• Any graduate
• Strong communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)
• Sales mindset with confidence in closing
• Comfortable with calls and online interactions
• Experience in sales or counseling is a plus
