Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact between students and the University
2. Handle academic & administrative queries (fees, LMS, semester-related) via calls, emails & chat
3. Track students’ academic progress and submission timelines
4. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve and escalate issues within TAT
5. Drive student satisfaction, re-registrations & program completion
