📍 Location: Delhi (WFO)
🕒 Full-Time | 0–1 Year Experience | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Are you passionate about sales, counseling, and helping students shape their careers?
Roar Education is looking for energetic and goal-driven individuals to join our growing EdTech team as Academic Counselor.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students and understand their academic/career goals
- Provide detailed information about UG/PG programs offered by leading universities
- Manage and convert leads through consistent follow-ups
- Build and maintain a strong enrollment pipeline
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Guide students in making informed education decisions
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate (Any Discipline)
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales / EdTech Sales
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
