JOB TYPE: Full-Time (Work from Office)
DEPARTMENT: Sales / Business Development – Inside Sales
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
DESIGNATION: Academic Counselor
SALARY: Fixed in-hand salary up to ₹35,000 per month (final compensation will depend on experience, interview performance, and last drawn salary).
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students to understand their academic interests and career aspirations
- Provide accurate and comprehensive guidance on undergraduate and postgraduate courses
- Manage and nurture leads effectively, ensuring consistent follow-ups to drive conversions
- Meet enrollment and sales goals within specified timelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and support a seamless, stress-free admission journey for applicants
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–2 year of experience in sales or the EdTech industry (preferred)
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
