Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor, located in Chandigarh. The Admission Counselor will guide students in their educational and career decision-making processes, addressing questions and providing expert advice on college admissions, courses, and career options. The role includes managing inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and building strong rapport with students, parents, and other stakeholders. Collaborating closely with other team members, the Admission Counselor will also contribute to meeting enrollment goals and staying updated on educational trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills
- Customer Service and Sales skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships
- Knowledge of the Education field, including college admissions, courses, and career planning
- Proactive, empathetic, and enthusiastic about helping students achieve their goals
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in admissions counseling or a related role is a plus
