🔹 About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Academic Counsellor who will work closely with NEET PG aspirants (medical graduates/doctors), helping them choose the right courses and preparation strategies to achieve their goals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Connect with NEET PG aspirants and medical graduates via calls
• Understand their preparation level, challenges, and career goals
• Guide them with the right courses, study plans, and solutions
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students
• Drive enrolments and achieve counselling targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in counselling/sales (edtech preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with doctors/medical students
• Empathetic, persuasive, and student-focused approach
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
• Good understanding of NEET PG journey is a plus
