About the RolePlacetie is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Academic Counselor to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential students, understanding their career goals, explaining our training and placement programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, or business development will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Contact and follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand candidates’ career requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course structure, fees, benefits, and placement assistance clearly.
- Handle objections and queries professionally.
- Follow up consistently and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Requirements- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
