Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates only
Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of EdTech experience (Mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Open to relocation (Gurgaon / Bangalore)
Work Model:
1st Month: Work From Home (WFH)
After 1 Month: Work From Office (WFO) – Gurgaon / Bangalore
Working Days & Timings:
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
Week Offs: Monday & Tuesday (Fixed)
Shift Timings:
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students via calls and virtual platforms
- Understand their career goals and recommend suitable courses
- Manage the complete counseling and admission process
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversions
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately
- Provide a smooth and positive experience to students
Compensation:
Gurgaon: Up to ₹11 LPA
Bangalore: Up to ₹10 LPA
