💼 Position: Academic Counselor
⏳ Experience: 0 – 3 Years
🎓 Qualification: BE / BTech / ME / BSc / MSc (IT/CS), BCA, MCA
🏢 Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Counsel prospective students and explain course offerings clearly
✅ Handle incoming enquiries through calls, chats, and other communication channels
✅ Convert leads into walk-ins and admissions through effective follow-up
✅ Monitor student progress and training schedules
✅ Coordinate fee collection and installment payment reminders
✅ Collect student feedback, testimonials, photos, and success stories
✅ Manage certificate distribution after course completion
✅ Maintain professional communication with students and parents
What We're Looking For:
✔ Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
✔ Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities
✔ Passion for education, career guidance, and student success
✔ Ability to build relationships and maintain student engagement
✔ Experience in educational counseling, training institutes, or related fields is preferred
Preferred Candidates:
🎯 Candidates with experience in Career Counseling, Educational Sales, EdTech, or Training Institutes
🎯 Individuals who enjoy mentoring and supporting students in their career journey
