At Masters' Union, we are looking for driven, target-oriented individuals to join our Admissions team as Academic Counselors.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with prospective candidates and guide them through program details
- Understand career goals and recommend the right program
- Drive end-to-end admissions (counseling → conversion)
- Manage follow-ups and build a strong pipeline
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Who Should Apply:
- 0–5 years of experience (Sales / EdTech / BPO preferred)
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset with high ownership
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations
- Immediate joiners preferred
