Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for education? Join our rapidly growing EdTech team and help students navigate their academic journeys! We are looking for a high-energy Academic Counselor to drive admissions and provide expert guidance to prospective learners.
📍 Role Overview
Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (On-site)
Eligibility - Only for Freshers
Working hours : 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 days a week
🎯 Your Mission
As an Academic Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for students. You won't just be "selling" a course; you’ll be helping individuals make informed decisions about their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
•Counseling: Manage inbound inquiries and perform outbound calls to guide students through course details, fees, and the admission process.
•Lead Conversion: Support senior counselors in closing admissions and meeting enrollment targets.
•Nurturing: Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure high conversion rates.
•Documentation: Keep meticulous records of all student interactions and call logs for CRM tracking.
•Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new students.
✅ Who We’re Looking For
• Communication Pro: You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Relationship Builder: You can quickly build rapport and handle student queries with patience and professionalism.
• Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word)
• Proactive Mindset: You are self-motivated, target-oriented, and possess strong follow-up abilities.
