We are looking for an Academic Counselor who will guide students through academic planning, provide one-on-one counseling, and offer career advice based on individual goals. The role involves helping students understand courses, learning paths, and career opportunities while supporting them throughout their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses and career paths
- Guide students in academic planning and learning goals
- Maintain regular communication with students and track progress
- Conduct orientation sessions for new students
- Address student concerns and coordinate with academic teams
- Support students throughout the learning process
- Help students choose the right career path and training programs
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with teams
- Experience in mentoring / education / Ed-Tech counseling is a plus
