Role Description
This on-site, full-time role is based in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in their academic journey by providing counseling and support. Daily tasks include assisting students in course and program selection, offering career advice, and addressing their academic inquiries. The counselor will also coordinate with faculty, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the academic success of students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
- Effective Communication and Career Counseling skills
- Strong understanding of educational systems and student needs
- Empathetic and motivated to guide students toward achieving their goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in educational counseling or academic advising is a plus
