Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in Ahmedabad. The Academic Counselor will engage with prospective students to understand their academic and career goals and guide them in enrolling in appropriate courses offered by Henry Harvin India. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one counseling, assisting students in selecting certifications or courses, and building strong relationships with them to ensure their academic and professional success. The role also involves communication with academic institutions and maintaining organized records of student progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Proficient in Communication and building student engagement
• Knowledge of Academic Advising and Education systems
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Prior experience in Higher Education or EdTech sectors is a plus
• Graduation or post-graduation in Psychology, Education, or a relevant field
