Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in Noida, India. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students on academic programs and career paths offered by the organization. The role includes conducting academic advising, helping students choose suitable courses, and addressing their educational queries. Additionally, the counselor will guide students towards achieving their career aspirations while maintaining clear and effective communication with students and providing relevant information about program offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of education systems and understanding of various career growth opportunities
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the education or EdTech sector is a plus
