Role Description
We are seeking an Academic Counselor for a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Academic Counselor will guide students and working professionals in identifying suitable educational programs aligned with their career goals. Key responsibilities will include providing academic advising, career counseling, and assisting with admissions processes. The role also involves continuous communication with students to address questions, provide insights into educational opportunities, and deliver personalized guidance to ensure their academic and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to guide learners effectively
- Strong Communication skills to share information clearly and establish rapport with students
- Career Counseling expertise to align students’ goals with educational opportunities
- Knowledge of Education systems and programs relevant to online and distance learning
- Ability to collaborate with students and institutions to ensure positive outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Familiarity with higher education trends and experience working in the education sector is an advantage
