Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor at our Faridabad office. The Academic Counselor will provide one-on-one guidance to prospective students regarding academic and career pathways. Responsibilities include assisting with admissions processes, presenting educational options, and supporting students in making confident and informed decisions. The role demands personalized counseling to ensure students align their choices with career aspirations while working collaboratively with the team to meet institutional goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and support students in making informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Academic Advising and a good understanding of the education sector to provide relevant insights.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect effectively with prospective students and their families.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in Education and curriculum options that enhance learner development.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a collaborative professional environment.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in counseling or academic advising are a plus.
